Job Summary
As our Supervisor of Community Health, you will lead and shape the future of community health. Every day you will be at the forefront of public health, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous improvement. To be successful in this role, you will lead our Public Health department and RHC visiting nurse program. Maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in all services. Guiding financial oversight for personnel and supplies. Developing and implementing policies that align with our mission. Ensuring compliance with State Department of Health standards. Fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Overseeing risk management and quality improvement initiatives. Engaging with community partners and developing contracts. Mentoring staff and sharing your expertise. Driving emergency preparedness planning and training. Collaborating on community health needs assessments and strategic planning. Managing the departmental budget.

Required Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of Minnesota (BSN)
- Certified in Public Health Nursing by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
- RN Licensure in the State of Minnesota
- BLS
- Drives License
- Auto Insurance

Pay
We are offering a $20,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Pay Range: $29.36 - $43.68 /hour
