Job Summary

You will be a pivotal leader, overseeing and coordinating comprehensive clinical initiatives, establishing protocols, driving process improvements, and managing resources to enhance both patient care and operational efficiency. You will lead, mentor, and empower a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate comprehensive clinical initiatives
  • Establish and drive process improvements
  • Manage resources to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and empower a dedicated team
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure patient care is achieved at lowest controllable costs
  • Support the development of the clinic’s annual budget
  • Resolve problems and issues, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with Administrative Director and Physician Site Directors
  • Discuss and resolve daily operational and financial issues
  • Participate in work groups, teams, task forces, and committees
  • Provide support to service-line issues
  • Support centralized coordination of the clinic's financial operating budget
  • Assist in resolving problems and issues
  • Reconcile discrepancies

Required Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related subject or 5 years of experience in lieu of the degree
  • Three (3) years of outpatient clinic experience
  • Registered Nurse: AZ (RN:AZ) or Licensed Practical Nurse: AZ (LPN:AZ)

Preferred

  • Prior networking (relationship building) experience for either managed care or integrated delivery systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work with physicians
  • Knowledge of business and management principles, and of budget control and accounting principles, including capital budgeting, cost accounting, professional and patient billing
  • Ability to apply these principles in a health care environment
  • Knowledge or ability to learn the budgeting process, management reports, accounting, purchasing, and patient billing systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
