Responsibilities
- Run the day-to-day: align staffing, priorities, and resources so service never slips.
- Lead a team that delivers: coach technicians, guide performance, and build accountability.
- Turn insight into action: use KPIs and data to fix inefficiencies and improve operations.
- Be the partner hospitals trust: solve problems, manage vendors, and ensure readiness for every inspection.
Requirements
- You step into leadership naturally—people look to you for direction.

- You’re comfortable moving between hands-on work and big-picture thinking.
Qualifications
- 2+ years working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment (required)
- Leadership or team guidance experience (preferred)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience (required); technical/electronics focus preferred; bachelor’s a plus
- Knowledge of regulatory agencies (TJC, CAP, DNV) and operational performance metrics
- Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

Pay
Compensation range: $76,000-120,000 for this opportunity.
