Supervisor Clinic Operations - Family Medicine
This role will be working onsite at our Family Medicine Clinic in Olympia, WA.
About the role
This position plays a key role in the success of the organization by ensuring access for patient care and providing direct supervision of front desk staff. The supervisor oversees day-to-day clinic operations to support efficient patient care. This role supports the clinic manager and medical director in improving patient satisfaction, resolving complaints, and helping the clinic meet organizational and regional goals.

Requirements
- Coursework or training in business college, office management, or equivalent education/experience
- Progressively responsible experience in a medical office or a combination of relevant education and directly related work experience
- Previous experience managing staff
- Experience, education, or training in medical records management and regulations, including HIPAA
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Medical Office or Business Administration, or other relevant field
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Office or Business Administration, or other relevant field

Pay
Pay range: $30.15 - $46.13 per hour (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
