Supervisor Clerical - Pediatrics
About the role
Responsible for the supervising and coordination of departmental activities. Maintains workflow and operations ensuring prompt and accurate collection of patient demographic and insurance information. Ensures excellent customer service, efficient patient flow, effective communication with patients, physicians and other hospital departments. Primary goals are patient, customer, physician satisfaction and accurate billing practices.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college desirable
- Three to five years of previous work related experience
- Analytical ability
- Technical, computer literacy
- Managerial skills
- Mathematical skills
- Writing skills
