SUPERVISOR - CAGE OPERATIONS

ManufacturingFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, remove boilerplate: The initial paragraph about team members health and benefits, then "Benefits may vary with employment status. To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: www.gotoworkhappy.com/benefits". That's benefits info: they mention comprehensive benefits package, but no specifics. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says they offer a comprehensive benefits package but no specifics. That's vague; maybe we should not include Benefits because no specific benefits listed. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. 'commensurate with experience', 'not specified', 'N/A', 'varies', 'TBD')". Benefits may vary with employment status is vague. So we should not include Benefits. Pay and Schedule: not mentioned. So skip. We need sections: About the role? Could be the Job Description paragraph: "This position is responsible for the direct supervision of cashiering functions." That's about the role. Could be considered About the role. We'll include

About the role

with a

containing that sentence. Responsibilities: The list under "Essential Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To". Those bullet points: list items. We need to extract each duty: - Must adhere to the Seminole Tribe's Policies and Procedures - Manages cage inventory to include Chip Bank, Main Bank, Marker Bank, Vault, Kiosk, Jackpot, and Poker Cage - Deals directly with customer concerns/complaints as required within jurisdiction - Ensures all regulatory requirements are followed - Interviews, hires, trains, schedules, appraises and supervises all directly assigned personnel - Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times - Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility - Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned We'll put these in

  • . Qualifications: The "Qualifications" section includes: - High school diploma or GED required as well as one (1) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Must also have one (1) year of cage, banking and/or cashiering experience, and one (1) year of supervisory experience - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide by fractions, whole numbers, and decimals - Ability to calculate interest, commission, and percentages as it applies to job functions. - Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff as well as patrons. - Required to become proficient with department specific computer programs - Must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills Note: "Must have excellent interpersonal skills" and "Must also have strong communication and interpersonal skills" maybe duplicate but we keep both. We could group as Qualifications. Skills: Could be separate but we have interpersonal skills etc. The instruction: Use headings for Skills if there is specific content. We could put skills under Qualifications or separate Skills. Since we have many skill-like items, maybe better to have a Skills section. But we need to avoid duplication. The posting has "Qualifications" heading already; we could treat that as Qualifications. The instruction says use headings for section headings like Qualifications, Skills, etc. So we can have Qualifications and maybe Skills separate if we want. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. That's acceptable. Work Environment: There's a "Work Environment" paragraph. Could be a section? Not in the list of allowed headings but we could treat as About the role? The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Work Environment not listed, but we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? Probably better to include as a separate section? Not allowed headings; we should stick to allowed headings. Could put work environment details in About the role or Responsibilities? Might be better to add a

    About the role

that includes both the role description and work environment. But the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive. So we could add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. We could add a

    Work Environment

but it's not in the list; risk. Safer to incorporate into About the role. Native American Preference Policy and Employment Process etc. Those are not required sections; could be omitted as boilerplate? They are substantive but not in allowed headings. Could we include them under About the role? Might be considered extra info. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep that info. But we have limited headings. We could add a

    Additional Information

but not in list. However the instruction says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can add other headings if needed. But to be safe, we could add a

    Additional Details

for those policies. However the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we can incorporate Native American Preference and Employment Process into a section like "About the role" or "Qualifications"? Not ideal. Better to create a section

    Additional Information

containing those policies. It's substantive. But we must not create headings with filler. This content is real. Thus final HTML:

    Additional Information

    • Native American Preference Policy: The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
    • Employment Process: Seminole Gaming’s employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to: Credit Check, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen.
    • Disclaimer: While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, management reserves the right to revise the current job or to require that other or different tasks be performed when circumstances change, (e.g. emergencies, changes in personnel, workload, rush jobs or technical developments). The Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
We omitted Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check for any duplicated lines: We have repeated Native American Preference policy twice (once in Additional Information bullet and again in disclaimer). The posting had it twice. We should preserve all substantive information, not deduplicate unless it's exact duplicate lines? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It says remove duplicated lines. So we should deduplicate identical lines. The Native American Preference Policy appears twice with slightly different wording: first bullet: "Native American Preference Policy The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements." Second occurrence in disclaimer: "The Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements." They are similar but not identical (first includes training, second does not). Not exact duplicate, so we keep both? Might be considered duplicated content but not identical lines. The instruction says "duplicated lines" likely meaning exact duplicate lines. We'll keep both. Check for any boilerplate: We removed the initial benefits paragraph? We kept benefits? We omitted Benefits section because no specific benefits. The initial paragraph about team members health and benefits is boilerplate? It's generic but mentions benefits. Could be considered boilerplate. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." That paragraph is not exactly those categories, but it's generic fluff. Might be considered boilerplate? It's about benefits but not specific. Safer to remove it as it's not specific substantive detail. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; that paragraph is not substantive (just fluff). So we omitted it. We also omitted the line "Benefits may vary with employment status. To see our fill list
