Supervisor - Cage

About the role

The Cage Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising all cage and vault personnel, activities, and accountability. This position serves as a main point of contact for guests and must possess excellent communication skills and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cage cashiers in their regular shift duties
• Ensure accurate and secure operation of the cashier cage and vault
• Maintain professional working relationships with other Grand Falls team members
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Attend mandatory meetings and company required training
• Comply with all Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations as well as any other local, state, or federal guidelines
• Follow all Cage policies and procedures
• Ensure staff are following policies and procedures as well as IRGC rules and regulations
• Able to obtain an IRGC license and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Both will be arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment

Pay and Schedule

• $23.25 per hour with premium pay
• 40 hours of paid time off upon hire
• Full-time position requiring nights, weekends, and holidays
