Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning.
• Gather and empty trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to work with little supervision and maintain a high-level of performance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Repeat the same movements.
• Frequent bending and twisting.
• Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings.
• Reliable transportation preferred.

Details

• Part Time 2nd Shift
• Monday-Friday 4:15pm-9pm
• $16/hour
• MUST have reliable transportation
• Paid Vacation
• The Following Shifts Are Available Night shift
