About The Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ. This role leads warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant processes. You will maintain inventory accuracy, support customer satisfaction, optimize warehouse performance, and lead a team of up to 25 employees to achieve operational goals. This is an onsite role in Swedesboro, NJ.

Pay

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Lead warehouse, shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage inventory control processes, stock rotation, and warehouse management systems to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Supervise warehouse and logistics team members by assigning work, developing schedules, coaching performance, and resolving employee concerns.
  • Drive compliance with safety programs, GMPs, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Analyze inventory discrepancies, customer complaints, and operational issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize warehouse layouts, storage utilization, and operating procedures to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Control departmental expenses and support achievement of operational objectives within established budgets.

Requirements

  • Certificate from a college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of distribution, warehouse, logistics, or related operational experience.
  • Previous experience leading or supervising employees in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Forklift Certification required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds with assistance in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of SAP.
  • Experience with inventory control or warehouse management software.
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing, bakery, or consumer packaged goods environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices and warehouse optimization techniques.
