Supervisor

About the Role

As a supervisor at Parkhurst Dining, you’ll be part of Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s enduring legacy and exciting growth. This role involves overseeing team members, ensuring adherence to established policies and standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through our Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.

• Supervises team members in your area of responsibility.
• Consults with management to implement service improvements.
• Follows Parkhurst and client policies and procedures while upholding standards.
• Communicates using Smile Plus skills and coaches team members on hospitality practices.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains a presence in service areas to assess and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
• Reports findings to management.

Requirements

• Six or more years of professional experience, with at least four years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent job-related experience).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills are desirable.
