Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and ensure production targets are met.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Allocate manpower effectively and monitor employee performance.
• Cookordinate with the Production Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure proper machine utilization and report any operational issues or equipment failures.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and attendance of workers.
• Enforce company policies, workplace discipline, and safety procedures.
• Train and guide operators and production workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years
• Education: diploma in any discipline
• Skills: manufacturing engineering, production engineering, manufacturing operations management, site supervision, production management, supervisory skills, lean manufacturing
