Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Aid in managing parking operations at assigned locations.
• Ensure adherence to contractual guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
• Foster good client relations and promote a professional image.
• Participate in programs to enhance client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the management of daily activities.
• Perform management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers.
• Maintain and repair parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks.
• Report any accidents, violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, and other incidents.
• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Show thorough knowledge of the garage layout, major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.
• Complete other duties as needed.

  Qualifications

  • Minimal high school diploma or equivalent and related experience or training.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Adaptability and sound judgment.
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record (if applicable).
