Responsibilities

• Interface with maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects.
• Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.
• Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Able to work well with all levels of employees and managers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Able to perform job with minimal supervision.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Able to work flexible hours and schedule.
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Must speak English/ Spanish - Have valid drivers license.
• Minimum of (2) years managing janitorial operations and experience in a service/customer-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in a similar capacity and environment.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.

• Repetitive use of hands to finger, arms (left and right) for: Simple grasping.
• Use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.

• Reaching (above and or below shoulder level with hands and arms).
• Keyboarding with both hands.
• Lifting and carrying object(s) from floor, table, and shelves over head or distance.
• Walking on uneven ground.
• Exposure to noise.
• Exposure to dust, gas, fumes, cleaning products and noise.
• Working at heights.
• Working with biohazards such as: Blood borne pathogens Sewage Hospital waste and others.
• Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently exert 10 to 20 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects.
• Indoor/outdoor work environment with exposure to weather extremes.
