We are seeking an experienced Hands On Commercial Construction Supervisor for immediate placement. The ideal candidate will help build client relationships in the area.

Responsibilities

• Commercial door, flooring, and Sheetrock installation
• Interior/Exterior Finishes
• Painting
• Concrete work
• Reading construction plans

Requirements

• Verifiable commercial supervision experience
• Reliable and dependable
• Self-starter
• Computer literate
• Own tools
• Communicative (daily reports / daily phone calls for project updates)

Qualifications

• English / Spanish Bi-Lingual (a major plus)
• Reliable transportation (preferably a pick-up truck)
• Pass a background check
