Location: Austin, Texas
Hours: Full-time and Part-time hours available
Salary
$25 per hour + commission
Responsibilities
- Experiential Retail: Inspire and empower your team to truly Host from the Heart, guiding them to radiate warmth, be fully present, take ownership of every interaction, and bring intention to the smallest moments. Drive continuous elevation of our overall customer experience, be the expert in product knowledge, use creativity to set team challenges, and track sales results throughout the day.
- Inspirational Team Management: Partner with your Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to provide support, mentorship, coaching, and guidance. Deliver feedback, recognise team achievements, and cultivate an environment of open communication and collaboration.
- Operational & Brand Loyalty Excellence: Ensure the store meets company standards for cleanliness, organisation, and visual merchandising. Manage stock, follow policies, and actively opt customers into our loyalty programme.
Requirements
- Supervisor experience in a store
- Ability to develop and mentor a high-performing team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Alignment with our brand values and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
Qualifications

- Strong communication and feedback skills
- Curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement
