Supervisor, Agency Support

About the role

We are seeking an Agency Support Supervisor to lead and develop a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our independent agents and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agency Support Specialists.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance metrics and improving processes.
• Analyze call center and customer feedback data to enhance the agent experience.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to improve service, efficiency, and results.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• This is an onsite leadership position.
• A Life & Health Insurance License is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to work effectively in a technology-driven environment.
