About the role
Responsible for supervising second shift operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during second shift hours
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
- Train and mentor team members as needed
- Resolve issues and provide guidance to team members
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific safety standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
