Typical Day

This role provides leadership and direction to our 2nd Shift production employees while ensuring production, safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who promotes accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
