Supervisor 057 (Multi-Services) ,

Responsibilities

• Staff oversight including directing staff activity and training.
• Oversight of case management/program coordination of the Multi-Services Program.
• Responsible for assuring rental assistance program upholds the expectations of funding sources and the agency.
• Utilization of HMIS case management software.
• Participates in inter-office and outside agency meetings and trainings as appropriate.
• Connects staff and clients to needed resources.
• Completes daily, monthly and quarterly reports and other statistical information as required.
• Conducts one-on-one bi-weekly Supervision meetings with staff, as well as monthly program meetings.
• Affirms that client intakes, progress notes, individual service plans, rental assistance provided and other data entry into the HMIS database are accurately completed and within the required timeframe.
• Performs case file reviews to ensure compliance with agency standards and funding requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience working with the homeless/formerly homeless population and supervisory experience.
• Experience in case management, housing assistance through subsidy/back rental payments, landlord engagement, and a tenacious and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently.
• Bilingual encouraged to apply.
