Supervision Principal-Social Media & Marketing

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required in a related field or extensive work experience with in similar role
• FINRA License 24 required; series 7, 66 and Life and Health must be achieved with in 90 days
• 3-5 years prior experience in supervision of social media, marketing and digital communications of financial advisors
• Extensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Collaborative, supportive approach to help guide the advisors on best practices
• Training the advisors on compliance and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain work queues at the beginning and intra-day
• Provide field force support through training and education on best practices
• Daily monitoring of the Supervision inbox and respond
• Escalate items to the Supervision and Surveillance manager
• Identify and recommend ideas for process and procedure improvement
