About the role
We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D) clinician with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as a Supervising Clinician.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to our Behavior Support Specialists.
- Manage the direct care staff and implement in-home treatment plans.
- Carry a case load and supervise the Behavior Support Specialist.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field.
- Independent NY state licensure is required for this role. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D.
- Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting.
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
- Experience in quality management preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
- Access to secure internet required.

Pay
Full Time - $75,000 - $80,000
