Supervising Clinician

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and independently licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D) clinician with supervisory experience to join our growing New York team as a Supervising Clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to our Behavior Support Specialists.
• Manage the direct care staff and implement in-home treatment plans.
• Carry a case load and supervise the Behavior Support Specialist.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field.
• Independent NY state licensure is required for this role. LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMHC-D.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, adolescents, and families in a home or community setting.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual English / Spanish preferred.
• Access to secure internet required.

Pay

Full Time - $75,000 - $80,000
