We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph: "Join us at Northeast Health Services...". That's about the role. Then responsibilities: there are many duties listed under "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" and "Mental Health Therapist Duties And Responsibilities". We need to combine into a list of duties/requirements? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we need to separate prose paragraphs and lists. We need sections: About the role (intro), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Benefits (list), Pay (maybe present), Schedule (maybe not present). The posting includes compensation: "base compensation range for this role is $51 – $62 per billable unit. Clinic Supervisors (non-lead)/Supervising Clinicians are eligible for a supervisory differential..." So we have pay info. Should we create a Pay section? Yes, because posting states compensation. Provide details. Benefits: "Explore The Advantages Of Joining Our Team Enjoy competitive compensation and a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, low-cost virtual care, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 401K, and more..." So we have benefits list. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. No schedule info. So we should not create Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO etc. At end there is "Transformations Care Network is an equal opportunity employer..." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. Intro: "Join us at Northeast Health Services, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), as we embark on an exciting journey to empower Supervising Clinicians like you to make a difference in the field of behavioral health. We are committed to improving accessibility while raising the standard of care. Supervising Clinicians are responsible for providing clinical supervision and training for unlicensed, graduate level and/or intern clinicians who provide outpatient mental health counseling and may also maintain a caseload of therapy clients. Supervising Clinicians conduct individual and group supervision and oversee clinical development of therapists in conjunction with the Clinic Directors. Supervising Clinicians are organizational culture carriers who are accountable for promoting clinical excellence and quality outcomes." That's prose. Responsibilities: There are two blocks: "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" and "Mental Health Therapist Duties And Responsibilities". Both are duties. We'll combine into a single list under Responsibilities. We need to extract each duty sentence as list items. Let's list them: From Essential Duties And Responsibilities: - Deliver a blend of clinician supervision and therapy in person and/or via telehealth depending on client and supervisee needs. - Provide individual and/or group supervision weekly to unlicensed clinicians. - Licensure supervision is to be held according to state regulations, payor contracts and agency supervision policy. - Supervision may be provided both live and/or via video conference and may be across multiple sites within a market. - Maintain board registration and other regulatory requirements needed to provide licensure supervision where required. - Review clinical documentation of supervisee, which includes diagnosis, treatment plans, session notes and related documents. - Approve and sign session notes, treatment plans and other documents where required by payor and/or licensure requirements. - Complete and maintain record of supervision notes and supervision agreement in dedicated file and record sessions in EHR. - Submission of notes to be filed by the end of the day that the supervision was held. - Assess clinicians across core competency areas; provide regular measurement and feedback to clinicians. - Use outcomes-based measures and other data to inform supervision. - Identify and monitor areas for performance improvement and report concerns regarding clinical skills, ethics or compliance to Clinic Director. - Report on any suspicion of fraud, waste and abuse to Clinic Director. - Complete required training and maintain all licensing requirement to maintain independent licensure. From Mental Health Therapist Duties And Responsibilities: - Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy in an outpatient setting via in person care at our clinic locations and/or telehealth where clinically appropriate. - Some services may be provided in alternative locations such as schools when contracts, etc. allow. - All services should be provided in a compassionate, person-centered manner. - Must be able to provide services in person within a clinic site and/or a hybrid model of in person and work from home days as determined by business needs of clinic and clinical needs of clients. - Conduct intakes, assessments and develop person centered treatment plans and discharge summaries in compliance with agency policy and regulatory compliance documentation standards. - Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches and use outcomes-based measures/tools to evaluate clients and progress. - Routinely measure and review data related to client outcomes, including therapeutic alliance, where appropriate. - Coordinate care and act as liaison with internal programs, community agencies, and medical providers with patient consent. - Collaborate regularly with prescribers to ensure coordinated care where applicable. - Facilitate referrals for medication management and/or interventional services or other services and levels of care where clinically appropriate. - Identify and respond to clinical risk, adverse events, and provide crisis interventions services as needed. - Inform supervisor, Clinic Director and/or prescribers of changes in client condition or crises. Inform external care team (e.g. external prescribers) where indicated. - Participate in supervision on an ad hoc basis or more frequently as determined by Clinic Director, or more frequently if required by regulatory or licensing boards. - Maintain an appropriate caseload consistent with productivity expectations. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record within 48 hours (best practice) but no more than 72 hours from time of service. - Maintain schedule/availability to allow for intakes and recurring appointments to be maintained. - Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner via phone, EHR messaging or other approved electronic means. - Maintain high ethical standards in compliance with all company, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies and apply ethical and legal principles to assessment, treatment, and discharge planning. - Remain current with licensure requirements, CEUs, trainings, and industry standards. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality requirements. - Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. (Preferred) - Knowledge of current standards, principles, and practices of psychiatric care. (Preferred) - Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, methods, issues, and approaches in mental health. (Preferred) We should keep the "(Preferred)" notes as part of the item. Benefits list: From "Explore The Advantages Of Joining Our Team Enjoy competitive compensation and a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, low-cost virtual care, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 401K, and more, designed to support your well-being and financial security." Also other bullet-like sentences: "Immerse yourself in a community united by a deep commitment to enhance mental health and revolutionize patient care." etc. Those are more prose but could be list? The instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to decide which are list items. The benefits paragraph includes a list: medical, dental, vision, low-cost virtual care, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 401K, and more. The other sentences are more about culture, learning, etc. Could be considered benefits but not a list. We could treat them as prose

. However we could also make a list of benefits items: competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision, low-cost virtual care, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 401K, plus other intangible benefits: community commitment, continuous learning, pivotal role, collaborative success, comprehensive onboarding, ongoing educational resources. But the instruction says use list for any list of benefits. The posting includes a list of benefits (medical, dental, vision...). The other sentences are not a list but could be considered benefits but not enumerated. Safer to make a

for the explicit benefits list, and put the other sentences in

under Benefits section? But we need a Benefits section heading only if there is real specific content. We have specific benefits list. So we can have Benefits section with a

of the explicit benefits, and maybe also include the other statements as

within same section? The instruction: Use

          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can have both

            and

inside a section. That's fine. Thus Benefits section heading:

              Benefits

              . Then a

with the descriptive sentences: "Immerse yourself in a community united by a deep commitment to enhance mental health and revolutionize patient care. Embrace a journey of continuous learning, guided by seasoned professionals, fostering your career growth in a nurturing environment. Play a pivotal role in reshaping behavioral health, with your efforts directly improving patient lives. Thrive in an environment that celebrates collaborative success, driven by effective communication and unity. Receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing educational resources, tailored to cultivate your talents and assure your triumph in your role." Then a

with the explicit benefits: competitive compensation, medical, dental, vision, low-cost virtual care, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 401K, and more. But note "competitive compensation" is also part of Pay section; we might avoid duplication. However the benefits paragraph says "Enjoy competitive compensation and a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, low-cost virtual care, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 401K, and more". So competitive compensation is part of benefits but also we have Pay section. To avoid duplication, we could keep compensation in Pay section only, and in Benefits list we exclude "competitive compensation". The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we remove "competitive compensation" from benefits list, we are omitting that detail. But we still have it in Pay section, so the information is preserved elsewhere. That's okay as long as we don't lose it. The benefit list originally includes "competitive compensation". If we omit it from the list but keep it in Pay, we still have the info. That seems acceptable. Thus Benefits list: medical, dental, vision, low-cost virtual care, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 401K, and more. Now Pay section: we have details: base compensation range $51 – $62 per billable unit. Clinic Supervisors (non-lead)/Supervising Clinicians are eligible for a supervisory differential that enhances their base rate. Actual compensation may vary based on licensure, experience, market-driven enhancements, and incentive opportunities available for this role. These ranges reflect our current standard compensation practices and may be adjusted over time to remain competitive and aligned with organizational needs. We'll put that in a

under Pay section. Schedule: none. Now About the role: we have intro paragraph. Could also include the mission statement? Already included. We'll output:
