About the role
The role involves providing legal representation and support to immigrants facing various legal challenges. This includes conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing legal documents and filings
- Representing clients in immigration court hearings
- Maintaining client files and records
- Collaborating with other attorneys and staff
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one state
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to social justice and immigrant rights
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Spanish (preferred)

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
Schedule
