What You Will Be Running

Lead, mentor, and push crews to deliver top tier work safely and efficiently.
Own daily operations on site from layout through execution.
Read and interpret complex blueprints and ensure precision builds.
Coordinate heavy equipment and digital layout tools.
Keep projects on track including schedule, budget, and quality.
Solve problems in real time and keep jobs moving forward.
Represent a strong safety culture and lead by example.

What You Will Do

• Lead, mentor, and push crews to deliver top tier work safely and efficiently.
• Own daily operations on site from layout through execution.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and ensure precision builds.
• Coordinate heavy equipment and digital layout tools.
• Keep projects on track including schedule, budget, and quality.
• Solve problems in real time and keep jobs moving forward.
• Represent a strong safety culture and lead by example.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 6 years in structural concrete foundations with power or substation experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
• Experience with heavy equipment and digital layout systems.
• Proven leadership with the ability to build, manage, and motivate crews.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of slurry drilling and casing installation and extraction.

Bonus Points If You Have

• A Class A CDL.
• Crane certification.
• Experience with large diameter caissons for power lines or bridge work.
• Strong OSHA and fall protection knowledge.

What You Get

• Compensation and Bonuses: $38 to $44 per hour based on experience, sign on bonus plus performance bonuses plus project completion incentives.
