Superintendent -- New Build Steakhouse/Casual Dining -- Travel

Kelley Construction is a multi-faceted commercial and industrial general contractor licensed to perform work in many states across the United States. We offer a wealth of technical expertise in all areas of commercial construction including: restaurants, medical facilities, warehousing, fast food chains, large design-build expansions and general office renovation. We also have broad experience in industrial construction, from liquid storage and containment and petroleum related construction to pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete construction.

Responsibilities

• Manages resources and subcontractors safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Provides overall multi-site administrative and technical management for maintenance and project work at client facilities.
• Works with a team consisting of a general superintendent, project manager, and project coordinator.
• Reports to the General Superintendent/Project Manager.

Requirements

• 5 years of commercial construction experience as a superintendent is strongly desired
• Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
• Strong managerial skills
• Experience in concrete, framing and finish carpentry
• Familiarity with computers and ability to use company software
• Must be able to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver's license
• Team player
• Must be able to travel
• Ensuring that safety practices are followed on job site
• Ability to follow instructions, read and interpret instructions

Pay

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00

Schedule

Full-Time position, 1st Shift. Travel is required consistently.
