About the Role
Hiring a Lead Superintendent for a highly recognized multi-family builder looking to bring on a top professional. The role offers large bonuses and best-in-class benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other contractors to ensure quality and compliance
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues
Requirements
- Extensive experience with ground-up multi-family projects
- 10+ years of experience in construction field superintendent
- Experience building multi-family construction in the state of Massachusetts
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
