What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
- Cookordinate structural, architectural, and MEP trades with a strong focus on mission-critical construction.
- Manage construction sequencing in active data center environments while maintaining operational continuity.
- Oversee retrofit, renovation, densification, and infrastructure upgrade projects within existing data centers.
- Cookordinate shutdowns, tie-ins, and outage planning with project teams, clients, and trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, safety protocols, and local building codes.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, including detailed 3-week look-ahead plans.
- Partner with Project Managers to track progress, resolve field issues, and maintain project milestones.
- Conduct daily coordination meetings, safety briefings, and subcontractor planning meetings.
- Enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance across all jobsite activities.
- Perform routine site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to contract documents.
- Manage inspections, commissioning coordination, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and design teams.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
- Proven experience delivering retrofit, renovation, or densification projects within existing operational data centers.
- Experience working in live/occupied mission-critical environments, including outage planning, shutdown coordination, and maintaining operational continuity.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing across multiple trades, with an emphasis on complex MEP systems.
- Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with construction management software (Procore preferred).
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel locally as required based on project needs.
