General Superintendent – Mission Critical / Data Center Construction

Lead all field operations for a 500,000 SF, 150MW mission-critical data center project.
Manage and mentor a team of Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and subcontractors.
Drive project schedules and coordinate all construction activities to ensure milestone achievement.
Oversee site logistics, workforce planning, material deliveries, and trade coordination.
Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
Lead daily coordination meetings, pull-planning sessions, and look-ahead scheduling activities.
Work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, owners, consultants, and design teams.
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, delays, and constructability issues.
Ensure successful coordination of structural, architectural, civil, MEP, and commissioning activities.
Support commissioning and turnover processes in collaboration with mission-critical teams.

15+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years as a General Superintendent on large-scale projects.
Proven experience delivering mission-critical, data center, semiconductor, industrial, healthcare, aviation, or similarly complex projects.
Experience managing projects exceeding $250M in value preferred.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, site logistics, safety management, and quality control.
Experience leading large field teams and coordinating multiple trade partners simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly technical construction environment.
Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and construction technology platforms.
OSHA 30 certification required.
