Superintendent - MEP
About the role
The Superintendent - MEP is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The position directly supervises field labor force, including laborers/craft workers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
- Show strong communication and client service skills
- Manage field labor force
- Directly supervise field labor force
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with architectural trades
- Create and manage schedules
- Understand and interpret plans and specifications
Requirements
- 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience
- 7+ years of safety and QAQC cultural knowledge
- 5+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge
- 5+ years of experience managing schedules and subcontractors
- 5+ years of experience working with contracts and exhibits
- 5+ years of experience with detailed planning
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates, excluding current Skanska employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee)
Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Effective communication and client service skills
- Ability to manage field labor force
- Experience with MEP construction
- Knowledge of safety and QAQC
- Electrical trade specific knowledge

Salary range: USD $137,250.00/Yr. to USD $219,750.00/Yr.
