Superintendent - MEP

About the role

The Superintendent - MEP is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The position directly supervises field labor force, including laborers/craft workers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
• Show strong communication and client service skills
• Manage field labor force
• Directly supervise field labor force
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with architectural trades
• Create and manage schedules
• Understand and interpret plans and specifications

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience
• 7+ years of safety and QAQC cultural knowledge
• 5+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge
• 5+ years of experience managing schedules and subcontractors
• 5+ years of experience working with contracts and exhibits
• 5+ years of experience with detailed planning

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates, excluding current Skanska employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee)

Pay

Salary range: USD $137,250.00/Yr. to USD $219,750.00/Yr.
