Superintendent (Matrix Building Systems)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects at Matrix Building Systems. Ensures adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Manage team of subcontractors and vendors
• Communicate directly with clients to address concerns and provide updates
• Prepare and present project reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
