Superintendent | Luxury Commercial Construction

Established general contractor founded in 1956 specializing in luxury custom homes and commercial projects. Projects range from $1M–$12M luxury residences and $5M–$20M commercial developments, with a strong portfolio in country club, hospitality, and high-end commercial work. Operates exclusively within Palm Beach County, with a high percentage of repeat clients and negotiated projects.

About the role

• Manage day-to-day field operations from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain communication with project teams, owners, architects, and consultants.
• Lead construction activities on luxury residential, country club, and commercial projects.

Requirements

• Superintendent experience with a reputable general contractor.
• Experience overseeing high-end commercial, hospitality, luxury residential, or country club projects.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Stable work history with demonstrated tenure.
• Flexible background with exposure to multiple construction sectors preferred.
• Country club experience highly preferred.
