Superintendent | Commercial Construction

Description

Lead and supervise ground-up and renovation construction projects from start to completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standards.
Manage site safety, daily reports, inspections, and project documentation.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize Procore and OutBuild to track project progress and scheduling requirements.

Profile

Proven Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
Strong background in tilt-wall construction required
Experience with data centers, telecommunications facilities, industrial, or mission-critical projects preferred
Proficiency with construction management software, including Procore
Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast when required, although projects are typically structured to keep employees close to home
