About the role
Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality standards. Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams. Conduct daily site meetings and enforce all safety regulations and best practices. Monitor project milestones and proactively resolve field issues. Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and punch list completion. Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- Experience with logistics warehouses, distribution centers, cold storage facilities, tilt-wall construction, or data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, safety, and quality control.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades simultaneously.
- Proficiency with industry-standard construction technology and project management tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the East Coast region as required.

Pay
Base salary: $100,000 - $140,000
