About the role
Lead daily field operations on large-scale warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing construction projects. This position offers strong compensation, a steady project pipeline, and clear career growth within a company known for safety, field leadership, and high-quality industrial builds.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations on commercial and light industrial construction projects
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain production goals
- Conduct daily site walks, quality control inspections, and progress documentation
- Run on-site meetings with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant jobsite
- Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward
- Review construction drawings, detect conflicts, and coordinate solutions with project teams
- Track material deliveries and manage site logistics
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and lead toolbox talks
- Support project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or light industrial construction
- Tilt wall, warehouse, distribution center, or cold storage experience preferred
- Proven track record managing subcontractors and coordinating field operations
- Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and scheduling sequences
- Excellent communication skills with project teams, clients, and trades
- Ability to maintain accountability and performance in a fast-paced jobsite environment
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
