Superintendent - Leading Houston GC - Tilt Wall

About the role
This opportunity involves working on large, prominent ground-up projects valued at $50M+.
Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, field staff, and daily site operations
- Drive schedule performance and coordinate trade sequencing
- Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Enforce jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for owners and stakeholders
- Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and project communication
- Support punch list, inspections, and project closeout
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Experience working on large-scale ground-up Tilt Wall projects ($10M+ required)
- Excellent communication skills
- OSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plus
Pay
Highly competitive base salary of $100,000–$160,000+ with company bonuses.
