Job Description Leading daily site operations and coordinating subcontractorsMaintaining safe, clean, and organized jobsitesManaging schedules, sequencing, and weekly 3-week look-ahead planningPartnering closely with Project Managers to maintain alignment and communication throughout the projectlifecycleConducting weekly safety inspections and toolbox talksProactively identifying and solving field issues before they become larger problemsManaging project documentation through Procore including daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, photos, and fieldcoordinationCoordinating inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor schedulingReviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes thoroughlySupporting quality control and driving projects to successful completion MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
