About the role
Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow.
Enforce safety protocols and foster a strong safety-first culture.
Implement and maintain quality control standards across all phases of construction.
Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to avoid delays.
Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, materials, and costs.
Collaborate closely with project management to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial or multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site coordination
- Able to manage subcontractors and lead field teams effectively
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
