Superintendent | Hospitality Renovation - Traveling

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead hotel renovation projects across the U.S., managing schedules, subcontractors, quality, safety, and client relationships while keeping hotels operational and guests happy.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and subcontractors
• Ensure project quality and safety
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Operate hotels during renovation periods
• Travel nationwide as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent
• Hotel / hospitality renovation experience
• Occupied renovation experience
• Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Omni, Wyndham, Choice, or other major hotel brands is a plus

$120,000–$140,000 DOE
