Description
Oversee day to day field operations on assigned projects
Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and jobsite safety
Coordinate schedules and ensure projects stay on track
Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams
Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams
Maintain a strong presence onsite from mobilization through closeout
Profile
Superintendent experience in one of their main sectors (Auto, retail/restaurant, hospitality, commercial, corporate)
Strong background in ground up projects preferred (leading projects ranging from $2M-30M)
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
