Superintendent- Demolition

About the role

Bayview Demolition Services, Inc., located in Santa Fe Springs, CA (Los Angeles), is seeking a Demolition Supervisor to lead their demolition division.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and vision for the company’s demolition division
• Clearly understand and communicate all job requirements
• Maintain high production, safe work habits and strong motivational levels
• Train employees as required on job techniques, safety procedures, and equipment use
• Understand and execute lessons learned and best practices
• Strong communication and the ability to take in information, clarify comments and participate in effective verbal and written exchanges
• Problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills

Requirements

• At least 5 years of demolition experience
• At least 2 years of demolition supervisor experience
• Highest level of education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Licenses/Certifications: CPR/First Aid, Driver’s License, OSHA 30
• English, Spanish speaking capabilities preferred

• Comprehensive knowledge of demolition techniques and safety protocols
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
