About the role
The Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan will oversee all on-site aspects of luxury gut renovation construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires close coordination with project managers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders in the building and construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily on-site operations and ensure project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to align with project goals.
- Monitor compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Inspect work progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and reports.
Qualifications
- Experience with on-site construction management within the building and construction industry.

Pay
Competitive salary ranging from $148,500 to $181,500.
