• Resolve any DOB-related challenges or violations to maintain project timelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site construction teams.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Implement and enforce best practices for safety and quality control on-site.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of local DOB regulations and construction standards.
• Proven experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and resolve compliance or construction-related issues promptly.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
