We are ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies. You’ll need 5-25 years of experience leading ground-up, commercial or light industrial construction projects. You’ll have the opportunity to manage the construction and administrative activities associated with the field operations of a project from day one!

Necessary qualifications
- 5-25 years' experience of construction experience, with the last 5 years as lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects.
- Can live anywhere, but must be willing to travel as projects require.
- Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
- Experience and proficiency working with an iPad or similar tablet highly preferred.
- Willing to travel minimally within the Southeast Region.
- Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds.
