Necessary qualifications

• 5-25 years' experience of construction experience, with the last 5 years as lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects
• Can live anywhere, but must be willing to travel as projects require
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Experience and proficiency working with an iPad or similar tablet highly preferred
• Willing to travel minimally within the Southeast Region
• Possess and maintain a current, valid driver license in your state of residence
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including but not limited to: standing or walking for long periods of time, occasionally on uneven terrain, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing stairs, and/or lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds
