Superintendent - Commercial Construction

About the role

Seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Central Florida. This position will drive schedule performance, quality execution, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations from site mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project milestones.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor schedule progress and proactively resolve field issues.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience leading ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling and field coordination.
• Proven knowledge of construction safety and quality control practices.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain client relationships onsite.

Pay

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000
