Superintendent - Commercial Construction

A respected commercial general contractor is seeking a Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M. This role offers the opportunity to lead projects throughout the Jacksonville area while working with an established team and strong client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and project logistics
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule targets
• Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Work closely with project management teams and clients

Requirements

• Proven ground-up commercial construction experience
• Experience delivering projects in the $5M-$25M range
• Stable employment history with progressive responsibility

Pay

$120,000 - $140,000 base salary
