Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination and scheduling
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
- Lead site meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Maintain strong relationships with high-quality subcontractor partners
- Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with overall schedule and budget
- Proactively communicate with leadership
- Support and mentor junior team members on project execution and problem-solving
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
- Proven experience with ground-up construction (required)
- Strong background in structural steel, masonry, and site work
- Experience with public sector projects strongly preferred
- No stick-frame residential experience
- Highly organized with strong leadership and communication skills
- Direct, assertive personality with the ability to collaborate and problem-solve effectively
- Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders
