Responsibilities

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Manage daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination and scheduling
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
  • Lead site meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors
  • Maintain strong relationships with high-quality subcontractor partners
  • Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with overall schedule and budget
  • Proactively communicate with leadership
  • Support and mentor junior team members on project execution and problem-solving

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent
  • Proven experience with ground-up construction (required)
  • Strong background in structural steel, masonry, and site work
  • Experience with public sector projects strongly preferred
  • No stick-frame residential experience
  • Highly organized with strong leadership and communication skills
  • Direct, assertive personality with the ability to collaborate and problem-solve effectively
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and stakeholders
