Superintendent - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects, overseeing site safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and overall project execution.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standards
- Review plans, specifications, shop drawings, and project documents to ensure work is built according to contract requirements
- Manage site safety, conduct regular safety meetings, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Partner with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and ownership teams to communicate progress, challenges, and upcoming needs
- Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders
