Superintendent - Civil, Wet Utilities - Water & Sewer

Essential Job Accountabilities

• Create and promote a safety program fostering a culture of safety and participation.
• Administer a safety program providing for a safe work environment.
• Create and/or foster a quality culture recognizing the impact of quality on operations.
• Ensure projects are constructed according to design, budget, and schedule.
• Supervise and direct field supervisors, superintendents, and other contractors.
• Interface with all on-site work teams to resolve problems, ensure quality, safety, scheduling, and achieve project objectives.
• Aid in developing and implementing project Work Plans, procedures, and standards.
• Comply with and support corporate safety, quality, and environmental initiatives.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of civil wet utilities construction experience.
