Responsibilities

• Provide overall jobsite leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time project delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors in schedule development and daily execution.
• Lead and facilitate trade preconstruction and on-site coordination meetings.
• Supervise all on-site field staff, including craft labor; manage productivity in alignment with budget.
• Forecast and communicate manpower needs in advance.
• Partner with Project Management on procurement, delivery schedules, and change management.
• Coordinate directly with subcontractors on all contracted work.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of experience in infrastructure construction.
• Strong expertise in infrastructure construction and jobsite management.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, building codes, scheduling, and budget control.
• Proven leadership ability to drive project performance and team accountability.
• Highly organized with strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay

$130,000 – $165,000 per year.
